The University of Oregon Continuing Education department offers a variety of opportunities for professional development in Eugene and Portland.
The Festival & Event Management program provides the resources necessary to pursue an interest in planning community festivals, meetings and special events. Over fifty Certificates of Completion have been awarded to professionals who are producing social and economic benefits through events around the state. Workshops are available in Eugene and Portland.
The Applied Information Management Master’s Degree offers a unique and dynamic curriculum designed to serve mid-career professionals who work with information technology. It is available entirely online or onsite in downtown Portland.
The Sustainability Leadership program offers seminars designed to give practitioners a theoretical foundation and practical tools to move an organization toward sustainable development. Workshops are available in Eugene and Portland.
Ruta Stabina, an alumna of the Applied Information Master’s Degree Program, joined University of Oregon Continuing Education as Sustainability Leadership Program Coordinator and is busy retooling the program.
