Friends of Oregon Rowing

The Friends of Oregon Rowing is a group of former rowers who wish to continue supporting the current crew members through building community, events, and fundraising!

We are currently fundraising for our annual campaign to support Oregon Rowing. Our goal this year is $40,000. We will be continuing this campaign until our 3rd Annual Spring Dinner Fundraiser on April 6, 2024. We hope to see you there. When you donate to UO Crew, you are directly supporting current crew teams, our coaches and improvements to facilities. Donations go toward coaches stipends, boathouse improvements, and operating expenses for the teams. Past contributions have constituted a substantial portion of the team’s revenues. If this type of fundraising can be repeated in the future, it will make a huge impact on the team budget. We have received multiple inquiries from alumni about larger projects including replacing the existing boathouse with a newer structure and starting an alumni endowment to support the team.
