Helping build products (footwear to be exact) that resonate with the consumer once it is in the market.

As a Product Line Manager, your key priorities are:
Knowing the consumer that you are building products for.
Understanding the marketplace/competitors/trends.
Fostering and building relationships with the team as well as cross functional partners.
Managing owning the category's complete product line.
Making sure the category is aligned with the business strategy.
Making sure the business is having success and growing while being aligned with the business strategy.

What motivates you?
Doing something that I love and I am passionate about—that ultimately provides people with products to do their daily activities and/or perform at their highest level.

One thing you own you would like to get rid of?
Ahhhh... this is tough. Old college/IU gear lol. It's time for it to go but I can't bring myself to do it.
