The Advocacy and Philanthropy team is responsible for providing unique and engaging philanthropy and advocacy opportunities for SAA members throughout the year. The team spearheads the fall canned food drive, plans the student event for Ducks Give, organizes river clean up opportunities, and works with our Government and Community Relations office to engage students in advocacy and opportunities to meet with lawmakers. Members of this team should have an interest in philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, advocacy, political science, government, and/or education.
