Were you involved with UO Army ROTC, the Student Veterans Center, Veterans and Family Student Association, or any other organizations on campus during your time as a UO student? If so, please describe your experience.
I earned my commission in Military Intelligence through Army ROTC at the UO. I participated in the Pershing Rifles and Drill Team
What is your current career? How did your experiences as a veteran impact your career?
Fully and happily retired. My military training and experience served as the basis for my career in the Intelligence Community. I was an imagery and all-source analyst, manager, and staff officer at the CIA. After retiring from the government service, I worked as a contractor for several IC agencies. I spent the last decade doing substantive intelligence analysis on important issues at the National Intelligence Council. In that work, I took advantage of my military and IC training and experiences.
