Native Duck Nation informational session
Thursday, January 25
Noon–1:00 p.m.
Join us for a virtual exploration of Native Duck Nation!
This is an opportunity to learn more about Native Duck Nation (NDN)—a space for Native American alumni to unite, empower one another, and contribute to a supportive campus environment for Native students, staff, and faculty. Meet fellow Native Ducks, learn about UO Native Initiatives, and discover how you can get involved with Native Duck Nation.
“We are living in the era of Indian Self-Determination. As Native Ducks, this is our time to reflect on our roots, honor those who paved the way, and extend our support to those currently on campus. Let's come together virtually to learn, connect, and strengthen the Native Duck Nation!” - Michelle Singer, Native Duck Nation President
Event Highlights:
Welcome and Introductions: Get acquainted with fellow NDN members and start the session with a warm welcome.
What Does It Mean to you to be a Native Duck?: Share you experiences and perspectives with us.
