The Kentucky Derby, held annually on the first Saturday of May at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, draws around 150,000 attendees, including locals, visitors, celebrities, and even members of royal families. As a Grade I stakes race for three-year-old Thoroughbreds, it marks the premier event of the racing season and serves as the first leg of the American Triple Crown, followed by the Preakness Stakes and the Belmont Stakes. Since its inception in 1875, the Kentucky Derby has attracted top horse talent from around the globe. 

The UOAA tour itinerary begins on Wednesday, April 30, with an evening welcome reception featuring a guest speaker from the horse industry. Thursday includes a breakfast at the American Saddlebred Museum followed by a distillery tour along the famous Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Friday starts early with a visit to Keeneland Racecourse for morning workouts and tours of select horse farms, with lunch provided. On Saturday, guests enjoy a breakfast buffet before heading to Churchill Downs for the Kentucky Derby, with motor coach transfers included. The tour concludes on Sunday, May 4, with check-out from the Marriott. 

The package includes deluxe hotel accommodations, welcome receptions, breakfasts, souvenirs, experienced staff assistance, and detailed travel documents. Additionally, guests have the option to select reserved seat ticket options for the Derby, with prices varying based on the seating section. 

From $2,990 per person, double occupancy, plus additional costs for tickets to the Kentucky Derby. Ticket price varies by section and will be an additional fee to the package price. Ticket prices range roughly from $1,000–$3,000 per person.
