Megan Gage, BS ’00 (sociology) is an industry thought leader who has developed her expertise through more than twenty years in the learning and development space in the medical device, semiconductor, and education industries. As the director of Global Talent Management at Intuitive Surgical, Megan is known for building strong cross-functional relationships. She is an expert in turning passion into inspiration for teams and loves serving as a bridge-builder across her network, bringing new ideas in employee development into reality. With a focus on making learning accessible, relevant, and memorable, much of Megan's work is on re-engineering traditional talent practices into new on-demand, virtual-classroom, and networking-focused training modalities.
