Rate details are available through the coaches and may vary by services sought, market and other factors. Coaches offer their services in-person or virtually by phone or video. When talking with coaches, please be sure to mention that you are a UO alumnus/a.
As a reminder, UO graduates within one year of graduation may receive career advising through the UO Career Center. All coaching relationships start with a free consultation call to determine fit and agree upon a contract. Individual plans typically start at $500/month (includes a Gallup Strengths Assessment and weekly hour-long meetings), running for 1 - 3 months.

What is the benefit of working one-on-one with a career coach?
From my personal experience, having an objective person serve as a sounding board for your thoughts is the biggest benefit. A career coach helps you come to your own conclusions and does not steer you in particular directions. That being said, we are professionals at things like resumes, cover letters, and networking, so we can absolutely help you level up your skills and confidence to find success!
