The Alumni Relations team's main role is to connect current students with alumni through various opportunities throughout the year. The team works together to spearhead alumni tours, networking events, and seek out unique opportunities for events that will increase the professional network and career development of our current students. Alumni Relations team members should have an interest in public relations, networking, working with alumni and public speaking.

The Leadership Development team is our internal relations team, focused on managing our internship program and recruiting volunteers. This team plans our training and leadership retreats, as well as coordinates professional development and learning opportunities to enhance our intern team. This team also works in internship recruitment, doing outreach to students who volunteer with the SAA and the student body to be a part of the team. Leadership Development team members should have an interest in HR, talent management, and leadership.

The Marketing & Production team handles all things to do with communications in the SAA. Overseeing social media, staying on top of press releases, providing photos and videos, and spearheading creative event marketing are main components of being a part of this team. Members of this team should be creative and strategic, and have an interest in marketing, communications, production, and design.

The Membership and Engagement team plans events, comes up with creative new ideas to share for events, and attends SAA events held throughout the year. This opportunity gives these individuals a chance to recruit proud Ducks and to celebrate them throughout their time at the UO. Members of this team should have an interest in marketing, sales, and event planning.
