Say "Buh-Bye" to Burnout at Work

April 23, 2022

Are you tired of letting your job call the shots in your life? If you're ready to downsize your relationship with work, quit burnout, and do so without leaving your corporate job, you're in the right place. Grant Gurewitz, BS ’13 shares how it's possible to be well at work and to be successful. It’s not one or the other.

Overworked and relying on too many “life hacks” to get by, learn the research-backed playbook Grant tested and perfected that has allowed him to keep burnout on the sideline. This webinar is designed to help people in corporate jobs quit burnout without abandoning their career.

In this webinar, Grant will show you how to:

  • Downsize your relationship with work. This is the mindset for quitting burnout. Make work, work.
  • Gain control of your time and play “defense” against your job.
  • Build your boundaries. Find actual work-life balance by building a wall around work with reinforced steel.
  • Plan your wellbeing. Burnout can happen outside of work, too. Learn to live simply, like the happiest people on the planet.
