Tis the season . . . to flock to campus!

Reunion season is an exciting time for alumni everywhere, and it’s just around the corner! It takes all types of birds to make up a flock, and this year, we are celebrating three distinct groups: the classes of 2013 and 2014, student-athletes, and marching band alumni. The University of Oregon Alumni Association invites these pivotal alumni groups and their families back to campus this fall.

“Whether alumni live around the corner or across the world, we love getting to watch them reunite with old classmates and make new connections during our reunion events,” said UOAA executive director Raphe Beck. “This year, I’m particularly excited to host the classes of 2013 and 2014 during our first-ever 10-year reunion, which will be tailored to their interests.”

UO reunions take place during September and October. Whether you belong to one alumni group or multiple, we hope to see you on campus this fall.

Oregon Marching Band Reunion

Oregon Marching Band is celebrating sixty years of Color Guard and can’t wait to fly their flags alongside you once more. The reunion will take place over Labor Day weekend from September 1–3 and include an awards reception, a pre-game tailgate, and the chance to perform at Autzen Stadium. You’ll be able to reconnect with former bandmates before entertaining the crowd as the Ducks take on Portland State University—and you’ll do it while marching to the beat of your own drum (literally). A full schedule of events can be found here and registration is ongoing.

2013+2014 10th Reunion

For the first time ever, the University of Oregon Alumni Association is welcoming you to a reunion that’s been a decade in the making. Picture it: ten years ago, you were walking to the Erb Memorial Union when the Ice Bucket Challenge was in full swing, Frozen’s “Let It Go” became an inescapable anthem, Vine was in its prime, and the word “selfie” was officially added to the Oxford English Dictionary. It was a memorable time for the entire flock, but much has changed since then. That’s why we’re inviting the Duck classes of 2013 and 2014 back to campus this homecoming season to reunite, reminisce, and rediscover everything the UO has to offer.

Taking place during Homecoming weekend from October 19–21, the 2013+2014 reunion will introduce you to the most recent features of your alma mater including campus improvements, student and faculty research, and new programs and initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to take exclusive behind-the-scenes campus tours, attend captivating lectures by renowned professors (some who we hope will be familiar faces), and practice traditions old and new during both the pep rally and tailgate before the big game against Washington State. Get ready to be celebrated, inspired, and to make memories that will last for decades to come.

Registration is open and a full event schedule can be found here.

Oregon Athletics Homecoming Reunion

Former UO athletes are invited to attend their own exclusive reunion organized in partnership between Oregon Athletics, the Oregon Athlete Foundation, Order of the O, and the UOAA. Also taking place during Homecoming weekend from October 20–22, the reunion will provide opportunities to engage with your alma mater, former teammates, and alumni from all sports and programs—and is open to all former student-athletes from the UO. If you’ve been looking for a reason to get your crew back together . . . this is it. More details can be found here and registration is ongoing until Friday, October 6.

Whether you’ve been waiting a year or a decade for the chance to reconnect with your fellow Ducks and learn all about the changes the university has made since you were last on campus, one thing is for certain: you’re an important part of UO history and we can’t wait to celebrate that with you.
