Pam is a native Oregonian. After getting a professional accountant diploma from Merritt Davis Business College, Pam supported executives in a myriad of positions for 35 years before joining the UOAA in 2020 to serve as executive assistant to the UOAA executive director and the Board of Directors.

On campus, Pam loves to spend time at the Glenn Starlin Native Plant Courtyard and at Autzen Stadium. She and her husband, David Duncan, both love watching college sports and supporting the Ducks. When they’re not doing that, they jog, garden, vacation, and play butler to their cat, Abbie.

Additionally, Pam has been fundraising for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life with the Junior League of Eugene/Franz Bakery team since 2006. She believes that happiness is a choice you make, that life isn’t about waiting for a storm to pass—it’s about learning to dance in the rain.
