On Wednesday, Aug. 24, the Portland Winterhawks unveiled a new set of primary uniforms for the first time since the team moved to the Rose City, finalizing a two-year rebranding process with a new, unique on-ice identity. The rebrand was a collaborative process from start to finish, but the man at the center of it all was designer Brian Gundell, BA '07.
