With a gift of more than $425M from Connie (BS ’84, journalism) and Steve Ballmer, the University of Oregon announced the launch of The Ballmer Institute for Children’s Behavioral Health, a bold new effort to address the behavioral health needs of children and youth through teaching, research and clinical applications informed by community needs.
